REFUND POLICY

A full refund of the Government fee will be processed to all users only if the application has not been processed and is incomplete. Those who have made their application with us in and in case your application is accepted/denied by the Government, no refund will be made. Partial refund will be made only if you application is still incomplete and documents have not been uploaded.

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the timeframe indicated during your application. Should you decide to request a refund after your application has been submitted and completed, you can apply to be considered for receiving a refund of agency application service fees. 69$ - 79$ will be deducted and refund paid if your application is not yet lodged with Immigration, Government of India.

If you wish to request a refund, email us at info@evisa-india.org.in indicating the following:

  • Your reason for the request.
  • Your full names(as appears in your passport).
  • Your unique reference ID.
  • The email used to make the registration on this website.

For multiple requests, please indicate all reference IDs.

All refund requests will be evaluated within 48 hours.
